We have an informal culture and a flat organisation without multiple hierarchical layers. We do not have bureaucratic hurdles to decision-making and action.
TIC is a multi-disciplinary organisation. Each area of competence contributes to our different businesses, and there are strong synergies between our three main departments — software, design and content. This requires people with different competencies to work together as one team.
Our team members always give the full perspective of a project to which they are assigned. This not only enhances their job satisfaction levels and adds to the learning process, it also enables TIC to meet customer requirements effectively, quickly and in an integrated manner, and to service them efficiently.
