Content Management System
Comprehensive, flexible
The TIC Content Management System (TIC-CMS), a tool developed by The Information Company, can be customised for various purposes, including website content management, e-commerce content management, and enterprise content management.
The product has been used for some of the biggest and most complex corporate websites and intranets. Clients include large and small companies in the Tata, Aditya Birla and Essar groups.
The TIC-CMS has been used to simultaneously manage content of multiple websites in different countries. It allows for central and distributed management of content across countries, departments and functions.
Features of the system
The CMS is a multi-user system, which is very secure. You can create and publish your own content. It helps in storing , sharing and managing files.
A design in which only the content of the main central text section is to be served through the CMS, and the other areas of the page are created through fixed templates, thus the customisation can be done quickly. We call this the base-level CMS.
