On 2nd Feb Microsoft Introduces Multi-Turn Search:
Microsoft launched Multi-Turn Search in Bing, allowing users to continue conversations and refine queries step-by-step. In simple terms, this isn’t entirely new. If you’ve used Google, you’ve already seen similar behaviour through:
- Follow-up query suggestions
- Conversational search refinements
Bing is essentially catching up, giving users another chance to continue searching after their first attempt. While the feature is useful, it doesn’t significantly shift the search landscape yet.
However, it reinforces a broader trend: Search is becoming more conversational and iterative.
On 4th February, Google’s updated its documentation, stating 2MB HTML Crawl limit:
As per Google’s updates on 4th Feb, it will only crawl the first 2MB of HTML content and the first 64MB of PDF files on a web page. This triggered panic across the SEO community.
Let’s simplify this logically:
2MB HTML = 2 million characters (20 lakh characters) Even large news websites don’t reach this limit
For example, a homepage of a major news platform uses less than half of that.
What does it actually mean? If your page exceeds this limit:
- You likely have much bigger structural problems
- Crawl limit is not your biggest concern
To be precise, this is a technical clarification, not a crisis.
Google Ads Multi-Party Approval System (February 4):

Websites creating biased lists like, “Top 10 agencies”, placing themselves at #1 or Filling the rest with irrelevant entries. What’s happening now? Google is actively:
- Identifying manipulative listings
- Reducing their visibility
- Penalizing such content
Lesson: Short-term tricks may work briefly, but, Search engines always catch up.
