Client brief

Strategise and execute internal and external communication campaigns. Internal communication to focus on employee engagement and bringing together employees working in silos across businesses and geographies. External communication to span from creating social media content to writing blogs and thought leadership articles to designing collateral such as brochures, standees and stall designs.

Challenge

Sterling and Wilson is a rapidly-growing group with several businesses across the globe. While the employee base is large, each team worked in silos with little knowledge about the functioning of other verticals. We had to bridge this gap through our communication strategies and create employee engagement to build a sense of unity and belonging among them.

Approach

We made the communication visual and simple for maximum impact. Our content writers and designers studied the nature and communication requirement of each business vertical closely to deliver solutions that fit them best.

Results

Employee engagement on the internal communication front has witnessed a steady rise since we began our partnership. Moreover, employees have now started commenting on social media platforms leading to an increase in engagement rates.
