The brief
Navin Fluorine International Limited was at an inflection point in its journey. While the organisation had built strong businesses across multiple segments, its identity remained fragmented across business units, brands, and stakeholder touchpoints.
The leadership team wanted to bring the organisation together under a unified philosophy — One Navin — while simultaneously transforming how the company presented itself to customers, investors, employees, partners and the wider market.
The mandate extended beyond a website redesign. NFIL needed a cohesive brand narrative, a modern digital presence, and a consistent identity that reflected its position as a global fluorochemicals player serving industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and agriculture to semiconductors, electric vehicles and data centres.
The challenge
The challenge was both strategic and operational.
NFIL's existing website no longer reflected the scale, capabilities, or ambitions of the organisation. Different businesses had distinct identities, stakeholder expectations varied significantly, and there was no single narrative connecting the company's expertise, culture, innovation capabilities, safety leadership and growth ambitions.
To create a future-ready brand experience, the project first required a deep understanding of the organisation itself.
Our approach
TIC began the engagement with an extensive UX and brand study.
Through a series of interviews with senior leadership including the Chairman, Managing Director, business heads, functional leaders, site heads and subject matter experts, we mapped stakeholder expectations, user journeys, pain points and business objectives. This was supplemented with customer, employee and website research, analytics studies, and competitive benchmarking against leading global chemical companies.
The findings formed the foundation of a comprehensive transformation programme.
Our work included:
- A detailed UX study and future-state digital strategy
- Complete website revamp, including information architecture, user journeys, design recommendations and content development
- Development of the One Navin brand philosophy, their purpose statement and values ecosystem and a refreshed brand identity
- Creation of a comprehensive brand book to drive consistency across businesses
- Development of a corporate presentation aligned to the new narrative
- Scripting and production of a new corporate film
- Conceptualisation and execution of the internal brand launch film introducing One Navin
Throughout the engagement, TIC worked closely with leadership teams through multiple rounds of refinement to align messaging, positioning and storytelling with the organisation's long-term vision.

The Impact
The project helped establish a unified foundation for how Navin Fluorine communicates its purpose, capabilities and ambitions.
The One Navin philosophy created a shared narrative across businesses while providing a consistent framework for future communications. The new website transformed the organisation's digital presence from a static corporate website into a modern platform designed for customers, investors, employees, media and partners.
By combining research, strategy, branding, content and film under a single programme, TIC helped create a cohesive identity system that connects NFIL's businesses, showcases its leadership in fluorine chemistry, and supports its ambitions as a globally respected Indian multinational.
