Brief

AGS Transact Technologies is one of India's largest providers of cash and digital payments solutions. The ask was to create a user interface/ interactive touch screen wall for the AGS innovation and experience centre.

To create an engaging experience for the clients to engage with the brand. The TG being niche, we had to keep the tonality of the experience premium with special emphasis on the tone of voice, colours, and animation. AGS has a wide range of products and the information had to be packaged and condensed in a multi-media format that makes the product information easy to scan and offers a seamless user experience.

Approach

There were two parts to the project – content and touch screen interface. We did multiple sessions with the internal team to understand the user. We conducted secondary research to understand the pain points. Based on the findings, we created a robust information architecture for a seamless flow of information. We divided the flow of the interactive module into various sections which the user could navigate easily. We used multimedia content to highlight the company's products, technology, and services. We used various content formats like infographics, videos, and text so that there is no information overload on the user. Other key things that we took into consideration was the viewing distance and hit button target size and giving them a premium experience on touch screen wall!

Results

The client was delighted with the outcome! The interface continues to engage users who visit the AGS innovation centre.
