Shubha is a communication strategist with two decades of wide-ranging experience in consulting top-notch corporate brands across industries and verticals. She plays a key role in shaping everything content, creative and digital in the brand and corporate communications space. In her 15 years with TIC, she has been one of the main architects in both, building enduring relationships with key clients such as the Tata, Godrej and Mahindra groups, and in devising strategies for organisational growth.
Shama A Kasbekar , Director and President
Shama started her career with The Information Company (TIC) and acquired an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. She is driving the company's thrust forward, devising strategies for growth, improving processes and mentoring the team. Her expertise spans all areas of the company's business including strategy, consultancy, design, content and technology. In the 17 years she has been in the company she has built enduring relationships with some of the biggest and best companies in India, including the Aditya Birla Group, Grasim, Hindalco and the Tata Trusts.
